Investigation

Training

EMA reduces your risk of employment claims and reputational damage with expert, customized group training for your managers and employees. Programs fulfill legal requirements and raise awareness by engaging participants with questionnaires, case studies, role-plays and video clips. Topics include harassment, discrimination and diversity/cultural sensitivity, as well as managerial skills such as communication, hiring, delegating, conflict resolution and performance management (PM). EMA also trains HR professionals on conducting investigations, hiring within the law, PM systems and more.

Coaching

EMA offers one-on-one coaching to managers and employees to resolve individual performance issues or address complaints. EMA identifies areas of concern and customizes a coaching plan that gives individuals an opportunity to improve in a non-judgmental, supportive manner for successful outcomes. By providing coaching services as a neutral third-party, EMA can fulfill your organization’s requirement under a remedial action plan, and be used as an affirmative defense in the event of litigation.
